Arrived damaged
"I have heard great things about this company! So I hate that I’m leaving a 3 star review but I’m being fair. I purchased a wax warmer, wax, and wax cleaner. There was a backorder on the wax warmer and I got lucky and received it a lot sooner than expected but when I unboxed it, it had a scratch/missing paint, area. I was going to keep it just because I didn’t want to deal with exchanging it and having to wait again on a backorder item. But as we all know, this is not a cheap wax warmer and I figured since I am spending a lot of money I shouldn’t keep a damaged item. Aside from this, the wax cleaner arrived super dented. I’m talking about all around the bottle. It arrived with dents. I think if the wax warmer would have arrived undamaged I probably would have ignored the wax cleaner container being damaged, but at this point I was already bothered. Aside from products, arriving damaged, the wax warmer itself looked very sturdy and durable. And the wax cleaner container is so cute! I did contact Miss cire and so far they have been amazing in handling replacements! They have been very quick in response times and very quick at sending me a return label at no charge , including accepting my request for expedited shipping when it comes to sending me out the replacements. Being a business owner, I take great pride in customer satisfaction and it seems Miss cire does as well. I am really hoping my replacements come as expected."
